I am Fatiha Salih Laidi, a specialist in Ayurvedic medicine and women\u2019s health, with a Master\u2019s degree in Ayurveda and more than a decade of experience in the field of natural health and holistic well-being.<\/div>

My approach is born from a deep connection with nature and from a genuine tradition of care passed down from generation to generation. Born in the countryside, I grew up learning from my parents and the elders around me the value of caring for the body at its root, in a natural and mindful way. <\/div>

After years of working with natural products, I founded Halalaya, a brand of Ayurvedic supplements and natural cosmetics, together with a holistic space that includes an online store, a physical shop, and a natural therapies center.<\/div>

My training has been enriched through practical experience in India, in hospitals, clinics, and specialized centers, deepening my authentic knowledge of this ancient medicine.<\/div>
I support women through Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma, personalized consultations, retreats, courses, and workshops, helping them restore the balance of body, mind, and energy in a natural way.<\/div>

Xavier Martinez Garcia, with more than 25 years dedicated to Chinese medicine and manual therapies, has built his career on a passion for supporting people in their physical and emotional well-being. As a specialist in acupuncture, therapeutic massage, chiropractic care, and kinesiology, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of patients regain balance, health, and vitality. <\/div>

My experience goes beyond clinical practice: I have managed two therapy centers of my own, where I combined management, training, and personalized care to provide a comprehensive approach for each patient. In addition, I have shared my knowledge as a Chinese medicine teacher at the CENAC school in Barcelona and at ESMTC (Higher School of Traditional Chinese Medicine), as well as through conferences and workshops across Spain, bringing these ancient therapies closer to both professionals and the general public.<\/div>
